We will take all
practical steps to prevent a problem with your order, and believe
you will be pleased with our products and services. If it becomes
necessary for you to return a product to us, it is important for
you to know that we have ALWAYS treated our customers fairly
regarding returns (and will continue to do so) as long as our
customers are fair with us. If you have any questions about our

Gold Key Security – Returns Policy
If we made a mistake and sent you the
wrong product or if you received a damaged or defective product
due to an error on our part, we will either issue you a full
refund or ship out a replacement product when you return the
product to us, and will pay the shipping costs including
reimbursing you for the return shipping charges up to the amount
of the original shipping charges.
If your order arrived in good
condition but you are not completely satisfied after
inspecting your order, we will exchange it or refund your
money, subject to the following conditions:
1. You must return the product within 14 days of
receipt (shipping cost prepaid) for a refund. Return the product
to: Gold Key Security, Attn: Product Returns Department, P. O. Box
244, Danbury, WI 54830.
2. You will receive a refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling,
as long as the product is in like-new resaleable condition.
3. The product must not
have been installed or used and must be returned in the
original packaging (which also must be in new condition). For
instance, if the product came in an original box describing the
features and pictures of the product, this original box must be in
like-new condition also for the product to be considered in
4. The product must be returned to us packaged within outer
packaging so that the original box or packaging (as described
above) is protected. (Original product packaging that has been
taped up with a label and postage applied to it will be considered
damaged and will not be accepted).
5. A returned product that has been installed or used
(showing signs of wear), is missing parts, or has missing or
damaged packaging will be assessed a damage fee that will vary
from 10% up to the full purchase price. If your return arrives
damaged, you will be notified and will have the option to file a
claim with your shipping agent or instruct Gold Key Security to
return it to you.
