In every other respect, Customer recognizes that the products are  being sold "as is." The only warranties given are those that might be offered by the manufacturers of the products.

Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to negligence, shall Gold Key Security be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of the information and materials on this site and the products made available through this site, even if Gold Key Security or an authorized representative of Gold Key Security has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
